Founder & Principal
Brenda Marshall, Ph.D.

 

Dr. Brenda Marshall is an engaging and sought after coach, speaker and facilitator with a proven track record for transforming careers by uncovering clients’ strengths, facilitating areas for growth and accelerating change.  An experienced professional with deep academic knowledge, Brenda is uniquely adept at combining practices from across multiple disciplines to create highly impactful learning experiences.  

 

Brenda has led large scale training initiatives, facilitated team interventions, run high potential programs and coached emerging and established executives. Clients relate to and remember Brenda for her authenticity, humour and ability to bring theory to life with real business stories. She has worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors across multiple disciplines and consistently achieved stellar feedback and results.

 

Brenda is also a noted expert in the grief and bereavement field and speaks widely on ways organizations can better support grieving and bereaved employees.

Dr. Marshall holds a Ph.D. in Adult Education, an M.Ed. in Teaching and Learning and has advanced training in Solution Focused and Narrative approaches to coaching and counselling.  In addition, she is accredited to interpret MRG’s Strategic Leadership Development Process, LEA and IDI, the McQuaig Word Survey, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the FIRO B and other tools.  

 

**Effective August 2016 - Brenda is full time faculty at Georgian College - teaching in the new BBA in Management & Leadership.

Nehak Kotak, PhD, MBA

 

Dr. Neha Kotak, Principal, Leadership Lens Inc. is a Management Consultant with over 15 years of International Consulting experience and deep expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Assessment and Development, Executive Coaching, Succession Planning, Team Alignment, Change Management, Employee Engagement Strategy and HR Strategy.   As a Consultant and Advisor, Neha partners with leaders in national and global organizations in developing strategies to drive change and accountability at individual, team and organizational level.  Her recent engagements include designing and delivering senior leadership development program to facilitate culture change, developing an organization-wide HR Strategy, alignment of senior leadership team, leadership development of high potentials /sales leaders/senior leadership team.  

 

As an Assessor and Executive Coach, Neha works closely with her clients to align their strengths and talents with their role expectations and navigate through the organizational realities to be strong and successful leaders. In her coaching practice, she adopts a rigorous methodology using high quality assessment tools such as cognitive, personality and multi-rater (360) surveys, competency-based behavioural interviews etc.  She has worked with several senior and mid level leaders across different industry sectors, across diverse cultures and global markets to help them grow and evolve as strong business leaders. 

 

Neha holds a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology and a Master's in Business Administration from Nagpur University, India.  She is a member of Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychology Inc.  She is also an Associate Faculty at University of Toronto.
